We can receive the patient files through secure FTP, or you can give us permission to access the patient data from your Practice Management System (PMS) through a secure VPN connection.

2) Validation:

Verify received patient documents to ensure they complete, valid, and legible for a seamless coding process. If they are not, we will contact the healthcare provider for the proper documents.

3) Coding:

Our medical coding experts assign and enter the accurate CPT, ICD, and HCPCS codes into the Revenue Cycle system based on the documentation. To ensure compliance, our coders adhere closely to official coding guidelines and federal/state regulations.

4) Quality Audit:

Our Quality Analyst (QA) team performs thorough and meticulous accuracy checks to prevent any potential up-coding/down-coding and duplicate coding errors before delivering the coded charts to the client.

5) Submission:

The coded charts are submitted to the client via secured FTP or PMS. These charts are further used for claim generation and transfer to insurance companies.

6) Client Feedback:

Client feedback is collected to ensure the project meets their requirements, and suggestions are implemented for their maximum satisfaction.
